Pumpkin soup with soups meat

For the pumpkin soup with soups meat put on the soup meat in time or cook already one day before serving. Place the soup meat in a pot, add water, onions, cloves, bay leaf and black peppercorns, cover with a lid and bring to the boil. Add salt and roughly chopped green soup and let the soup meat simmer gently for about 90 minutes. Pour the meat stock through a sieve and return 3/4 litres of it to the pot for the pumpkin soup. Soups cut meat into cubes and put aside for later. Peel, halve or quarter small triplets of potatoes. Peel the Hokkaido pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. First add the potatoes to the meat broth and bring to the boil again. After 5 minutes add Hokkaido pumpkin to the potatoes. Add the meat to the soups again and simmer the pumpkin soup with the meat for about 10 minutes.
