Apple cake box form

125 g Margarine
125 g Sugar
3 tsp Vanilla Sugar
4 Eggs
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
2 tsp Back Powder
Salt
1 tsp Lemon peel
5 tbsp Milk
500 g Apple
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour

Apple cake box mold tastes juicy for several days. Preheat baking oven to 180° C. Stir margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs little by little. Mix flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt and finely grated lemon peel. Alternate with milk and stir into the margarine. Peel and eighth the apples and cut into short slices. Mix the apples with the dough. Grease a 25 box mould. Sprinkle flour with breadcrumbs. Fill in the apple cake and smooth down. Push the box mould onto the middle rail in the oven. Bake apple cake for 60 minutes. Place the box form on a grating grate. Let the apple cake cool for a few minutes in the box form. Remove the apple cake slightly from the edge, turn it over on the grill and turn it over. Allow to cool before cutting.
