Lamb Steak

Lamb steak remains particularly tender and juicy when fried for a short time. In the core, the lamb steak may remain slightly rosy so that it does not become too dry. Brush a grill pan with oil and heat. Brown the lamb steak from each side for 1 minute. Add rosemary and tomatoes to the lamb steak in the pan. Reduce temperature slightly. Roast the lamb steak from each side again for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
