Beef Steak & Caesar Salad

First prepare the Caesar dressing for Beef Steak & Caesar Salad. Place an egg in boiling water and cook for one minute. Beat the egg and fill the egg yolk into a bowl. The protein is not used. Rinse the anchovies, add to the egg yolk and crush until creamy. Stir in vinegar, lemon juice and mustard and season the dressing with Worcester sauce, pepper and salt. Press a garlic clove through the garlic press and stir in. Brush a grill pan with a little oil. Stir the remaining oil into the dressing. Mix the salad with the dressing. Sprinkle Caesar Salad with coarsely grated Parmesan cheese. For the croutons, cut the toast into small cubes and sauté in butter. Crush a garlic clove, add and season the croutons with salt. Beef steak in the hot grill pan from each side fry 2 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half and sauté. Season beef steak with pepper and salt. Serve Beef Steak & Caesar Salad with tomatoes. Sprinkle croutons over the Caesar Salad.
