Americans for children

Americans for children
Quantity Ingredient
150 g Margarine
125 g Sugar
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
2 Eggs
300 g Wheat Flour Type 405
2 tsp Back Powder
0,5 Organic Lemon
5 tbsp Milk
150 g Powder Sugar
20 g Sugar crumble
30 g Chocolate Lentils

Americans for children are very suitable for children's birthdays, as the children can decorate their own Americans with colorful sugar sprinkles and chocolate lentils themselves. First preheat the oven to 190° and line a baking tray with baking paper. For the batter, stir margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs little by little. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the finely grated lemon zest of an untreated organic lemon and stir into the margarine. Stir in the milk and place one heaped tablespoon of dough per American at a greater distance on the tray. The dough runs into the width during baking. The Americans for children on the middle rail bake about 15-20 minutes lightly. Use a wooden skewer to check whether the dough is cooked. Put Americans on a cake rack for children to cool off. For the icing, squeeze out the juice of half the organic lemon and stir approx. 6 teaspoons of lemon juice into the icing sugar. Americans for children thickly coat with icing sugar, as seen above in the picture, and immediately decorate with sugar sprinkles and colorful chocolate lentils.
