Coleslaw Salad Wrap

Coleslaw Salad Wrap is a vegetarian snack that tastes very juicy, is easy to prepare and inexpensive. For the Coleslaw Salad Wrap, first cut a piece of white cabbage and peeled carrots into fine strips with a Julienne peeler or roughly grate with a food processor. Mix white cabbage and carrots with sour cream. Season Coleslaw Salad with pepper, salt and lemon juice. Cut the chives into small rolls and mix into the Coleslaw Salad. Heat a coated pan without adding fat and briefly heat wrap tortillas in it until bubbles form on the surface. Turn wrap tortillas over, heat briefly from the other side and place on preheated plates. Place the filling along one side of the edge, leaving a slightly wider edge at one end. Place the left blank edge over the filling and roll up the Coleslaw Salad Wrap as firmly as possible, as shown in the picture above. So the filling cannot fall out when eating. If you like, wrap the lower end of the Coleslaw Salad Wrap additionally in some aluminium foil.
