2 Eggs
175 g Fresh cheese
250 g Cream Quark
Pepper & Salt
Paprika powder
50 g Red Spitz Paprika
20 g Dried tomatoes in oil
30 g Black olives
2 tbsp Basil
Garlic

For dips sauces it is best to prepare a cream as a base, which can be varied with different ingredients. Boil the eggs hard. Mix the cream for the dips with the sauces. Mix the cheese with the curd. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the cream over three bowls. For the paprika dip season the cream with paprika powder. Finely dice the peppers and mix in. Cut the tomatoes and olives into small cubes and mix with the second dip. Cut the basil into fine strips and mix half of it with the tomato dip. Press garlic through the garlic press and stir in. Peel the eggs, halve them, press out the egg yolk and puree with the third dip. Cut the egg whites into small cubes and fold in. Stir the mustard into the egg dip and add the rest of the basil. Decorate the dips with sauces and put in the fridge until serving. Dips sauces go well with bread chips, crackers or raw vegetables.
