Bean soup with Kassler

Bean soup with Kassler tastes hearty and is easy to prepare. First clean the soups and cut them into small cubes. Peel a mild white onion and cut into small cubes. Clean and halve the green beans. Cut half a red pepper into cubes. Pour the white beans from the can into a sieve and rinse with water until the water no longer foams. Remove the Kassler cutlet from the bone and cut into bite-sized cubes. In a saucepan heat corn germ oil, soups vegetables, onions. Fry the green beans, paprika and pork loin briefly and deglaze with the meat stock. The bones can be cooked in the beans soup with Kassler, because they give the meat broth a strong taste. Bring the bean soup to the boil once with Kassler and season with bean cabbage and white pepper. Add the white beans and cook the bean soup with Kassler for about 15 minutes.
