Butter Milk Waffle Dough

250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Back Powder
125 g Margarine
60 g Sugar
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
4 Eggs
0,25 l Butter Milk

With butter milk waffle dough you can bake thick waffles that are particularly loose and do not taste too sweet. For butter milk waffle dough first mix flour with a slightly heaped teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs little by little. Stir in flour at low speed. Gradually add butter and milk until a thick dough is formed. Preheat waffle iron. Grease lightly with margarine before each baking. Use 2 to 3 tbsp butter waffle waffle dough per waffle.
