Beef goulash with noodles

Beef goulash with noodles
Quantity Ingredient
100 g Soups Green
1 Onions
250 g Mushrooms
1 tbsp Oil
400 g Beef goulash
0,125 l Black Beer
Pepper & Salt
0,125 l Beef Meat Broth
2 tsp Sauces Binder
150 g Noodles

Beef goulash with noodles is prepared in a strong gravy with black beer and fresh mushrooms. For the beef goulash with noodles first prepare the vegetables. Chop the soup green, onions and garlic very finely. Clean and halve or quarter the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a casserole and fry the beef goulash vigorously in it. Only when the beef starts to brown goulash, add soup green, onions, garlic and mushrooms and also fry vigorously. Deglaze the beef goulash with black beer and season with salt and pepper. Put on a lid and reduce the temperature so that the beef goulash stews gently, but does not boil. Braise beef goulash for about 80-90 minutes. Add the meat stock, bring to the boil briefly and thicken slightly with dark sauce thickener. Cook the pasta in about 10 minutes until al dente. Twisted noodles are particularly suitable, as can be seen in the picture above, as they absorb the gravy very well. Serve beef goulash with noodles on preheated plates.
