Appetizers should be easy to prepare, stimulate the appetite and do not satiate too much. It is best to offer a small selection of different starters. As a base, a guacamole with fresh cheese is prepared, which is used for the following appetizers. Mash avocado, lime juice and cheese to a cream. Season the guacamole with pressed garlic, pepper and salt. Spread one slice of Roast Beef with a little Guacamole per portion and roll up. Sauté the prawns in oil and season with chilli flakes. Fill the crisps with guacamole just before serving to keep them crispy. Place one shrimp each on the guacamole. Hollow out the tomatoes and fill with guacamole. Roast the pine nuts and sprinkle on the tomatoes. If you prepare large quantities for several people, you can arrange the starters on different plates, sorted by variety.
