Quantity Ingredient
150 g Noodles
1 Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
100 g Cooked ham
0,125 l White Wine
2 cans Tomatoes pulp
Pepper from the mill
Dried oregano
1 tbsp Cream

Add noodles to boiling salt and water. Cook at medium temperature for 10 minutes until al dente. For the tomato sauce cut an onion into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Lightly sauté the onions. Cut the ham into cubes, add and sauté lightly. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press and mix in. Add the wine and mix in the tomato pulp. Fill each can of tomato puree with water and dilute the sauce with it. Season with pepper, salt and oregano. Round off with cream. Drain the pasta into a sieve and drain well. Serve noodles with tomato sauce in deep plates. Serve pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
