|200 g||Wheat Flour Type 405|
This yeast waffle dough still rises while baking in the waffle iron. The special thing about this yeast waffle dough is that the sugar is sprinkled over the waffles only after baking, so that everyone can determine the sweetness themselves. For the yeast waffle dough first pour soft butter into a mixing bowl. Gradually stir in the eggs and add the flour. Warm the milk lukewarm and dissolve the fresh yeast in it. Stir the milk yeast into the flour and season with a pinch of salt. Cover the yeast waffle dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes until small bubbles form in the dough. Brush the iron waffle with a little margarine before baking, bake the waffles at a low temperature until golden brown and sprinkle with sugar immediately after baking. The waffles remain soft after baking.
