Beet stew with Kassler

Steck beet stew with Kassler tastes particularly hearty and is easy to prepare. Peel and chop the turnips, potatoes and onion. Cut the neck of Kassler into cubes. Heat oil in a saucepan. Brown the cassler. Add turnips, potatoes and onions. Fry briefly while stirring. Add the broth. Season the stew with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Add laurel and marjoram. Put on a lid . Steck beet stew with Kassler briefly bring to the boil. Reduce temperature. Simmer the stew for 15 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle the stew with the Kassler over the beetroot.
