150 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,25 tsp Salt
20 g Fresh yeast
0,1 l Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary

Pizza bread with garlic can be served as an antipasti or side dish with salad and soup. Mix wheat flour type 405 with salt. Make a well in the middle. Dissolve fresh yeast in lukewarm water. Pour into the well. Stir with a little flour from the edge to a liquid pre-dough. Cover and let rise for 5 minutes. Knead in remaining flour and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add a little water if needed. Knead pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface. Press into a flat patty. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover with a cloth. Let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 220° C. Prick pizza bread several times with a fork. Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Finely chop garlic and fresh rosemary. Sprinkle garlic and rosemary on the pizza bread. Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes until crispy. Pizza bread with garlic tastes best warm from the oven.
