100 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,125 l Milk
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Mineral Water
20 g Margarine
1 Onions
2 tbsp Oil
400 g Minced meat
1 Toast Bread
Pepper & Salt
2 tbsp Parsley

Stuffed pancakes are Swabian pancakes that are traditionally stuffed with minced meat. For the pancake dough mix flour with milk until smooth. Stir in 2 eggs. Season with salt. Stir in carbonated mineral water. Heat the margarine in portions in a pan. Bake three thin pancakes. Roll up and let cool. Dice an onion for the filling. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Brown the minced meat and onions. Pour into a bowl. Soak the toast in a little water. Squeeze out and knead with 1 egg under the minced meat. Season with pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley. Flädle pancake unroll. Cover with minced meat. Roll up stuffed pancakes firmly. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan. Whisk 1 egg in a deep plate. Turn the stuffed pancake in the egg. Fry the stuffed pancakes in the pan until golden brown.
