Avocado Prawns Cocktail

1 Avocado
2 tbsp Lemon juice
200 g Crabs
60 g Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Tomato puree
1 tbsp Cognac
Pepper & Salt
Tabasco sauce

Avocado crab cocktail can be served as a small starter with fresh white bread. Prawn Cocktail tastes particularly aromatic with fresh North Sea prawns. Cut the skin of the avocado lengthwise all around. Remove the two halves of the avocado from the core by turning them. Peel the peel, dice the avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix in the shrimps. For the cocktail sauce, stir mayonnaise, tomato pulp and cognac until creamy. Season with pepper, salt and a few drops of Tabasco. Arrange avocado crab cocktail with cocktail sauce.
