Thick rib
Quantity Ingredient
1 kg Thick rib
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Pepper from the mill
1 tsp Maize Germ Oil

Thick ribs are marinated in a spicy marinade. First cut the thick rib into slices along the bones. Mix honey, ketchup and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the thick rib with marinade all around. Leave to marinate for a few minutes. Brush a grill pan with oil and heat it up. Sauté the thick rib briefly. Do not turn until the meat can be easily removed from the bottom of the pan. Reduce the temperature. Fry the thick rib for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
