400 g Leeks
1 Red Paprika
2 tsp Maize Germ Oil
Pepper & Salt
Garlic
80 g Sour cream

Leek pepper vegetables are a simple side dish that is quick to prepare and inexpensive. Clean leeks and cut into fine rings. Cut red bell pepper into small cubes. Heat corn germ oil in a skillet. Add leek and bell pepper. Stir-fry the vegetables. Season with pepper, salt and garlic. Put a lid on. Steam vegetables for 15 minutes until soft. Stir in sour cream. Serve leek pepper vegetables with meat, poultry or fish.
