Whole grain noodle salad with salmon

Whole grain noodle salad with salmon is prepared with smoked salmon. First put the wholemeal noodles in boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes. Cherry tomatoes quarter and leek onions in fine rings cut. Smoked salmon cut into bite-sized strips as shown in the picture above. Mix salad dressing, yoghurt with cream cheese and creamed horseradish until smooth and season with white pepper and salt. Drain the cooked wholemeal noodles into a sieve and cool with cold water. Drain the wholemeal noodles and mix carefully with the cherry tomatoes, leek, onions and salmon. Spread the salad dressing over the wholemeal noodle salad with salmon. Sprinkle with fresh cress.
