200 g Beef minced meat
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour
0,5 White Onion
0,5 Chilli pod
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 tbsp Broth
5 tbsp Red wine

Albondiga's minced meat balls are served in Spain as tapas hot or cold with a glass of wine. For Albondiga's minced meat balls first season beef minced meat with pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Roll small balls with slightly moistened hands. Turn albondigas in breadcrumbs flour. Cut the onion into fine cubes. Cut half a red chilli pod into rings and remove seeds. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the albondigas well all around. Switch temperature to medium level. Add onions and chilli. Lightly sear. Deglaze minced meat balls with broth. Flavour with wine. Cook the sauce until slightly thick.
