Paprika chicken legs with hummus

Paprika chicken legs with hummus is an Arabic dish, which receives the typical taste by the used spices. Preheat the oven to 180° C for the chicken legs. Season 1 tablespoon oil with pepper, salt, cumin and oregano. Brush chicken legs with it. Put the chicken legs on a baking tray. Bake on the middle rack for 40 minutes. Cut the peppers into strips. Cut onion into sticks. Cut 1 garlic clove into small cubes and chilli into rings. Remove the seeds. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the peppers, onions, chilli and garlic. Season with pepper, salt, cumin and oregano. For the Hummus Kicher, drain the peas and pour them into a mixing bowl. Puree chick peas with broth, sesame paste and 1 garlic clove. Season the hummus with salt and pepper. Arrange paprika chicken legs and hummus on salad with tomatoes.
