2 tsp Dijon mustard
8 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 Shallots Onion
White Pepper
0,5 tbsp Fresh chervil
0,5 tbsp Parsley

Dijon Mustard Dressing is a creamy, finely spiced dressing that goes very well with leaf salad, artichoke hearts or green asparagus. Cream a very fresh egg yolk, sugar, Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp. oil. Stir in the remaining oil by the spoonful. Gradually stir the vinegar into the Dijon mustard dressing until it thickens. Finely dice the shallots and garlic, mix into the Dijon mustard dressing and season with pepper. Stir finely chopped chervil and parsley into the Dijon mustard dressing.
