Onion Roast Roast with fried potatoes

Onion Roast Roast with fried potatoes is an Austrian speciality. Pell potatoes boil. Dice 1 onion and bacon, brown lightly in 10 g clarified butter and set aside. Deglaze the roast fat with beef stock and darken with a few drops of sugar couleur. Season the sauce with pepper and salt. Arrange onion grilled roast and fried potatoes on plates. Spread the onion rings on the onion grilled roast and serve with the sauce.
