0,5 packet Dry yeast
0,125 l Water
150 g Flour Type 405
20 g Corn Flour
0,5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
250 g Neck Steak
Pepper from the mill
60 g BBQ Sauce
80 g Grated Gouda
1 Onions
0,5 cans Maize

BBQ Pizza gets its typical smoky taste when you prepare the steak for the topping in the grill pan. For the pizza dough dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water. Leave to swell for 2 minutes. Mix flour, corn flour and salt. Knead in yeast and 2 tbsp oil. Cover and leave to rise for 60 minutes in a warm place. Brush grill pan with oil and heat up. Fry the steak vigorously from each side for 1 minute. Switch temperature to medium level. Continue frying the steak for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Brush thinly with some BBQ sauce. Cut the steak into strips. Preheat baking oven to 250° C. Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface lightly sprinkled with corn flour. Leave the edge a little thicker. Line baking tray with baking paper. Place the dough on top. Brush with the remaining BBQ sauce. Gouda over it. Cut the onion into slices and spread on top. Rinse the corn, dry and sprinkle over the onions. Spread the steak on the BBQ pizza. Bake BBQ Pizza on the lowest rack for 12 minutes.
