4 tsp Mustard

Bock sausage is a typical snack that is usually served with a slice of toast bread or rolls. Bock sausage is thicker and shorter than a Wiener sausage. To prevent the Bock sausage from bursting when heated, it is only heated like Wiener sausage, but not cooked. Pour water into a pot. Put the lid on. Bring the water to the boil. Remove the lid again. Switch off the stove. Put the Bock sausage into the water. Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Serve Bock sausage with mustard.
