Wholemeal Spaghetti Bolognese

Wholemeal spaghetti Bolognese is prepared with turkey minced meat and spicy mountain cheese. Quarter the tomatoes and put them in a bowl. Cut onion and garlic into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat crispy. Reduce temperature, add onions and garlic and fry lightly. Add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the broth into the Bolognese and simmer for 20 minutes at a good medium heat until the sauce becomes slightly creamy. Cut the basil into fine strips and mix into the Bolognese. Cook wholemeal spaghetti and drain lightly. Mix the wholemeal spaghetti with the Bolognese. Arrange wholemeal spaghetti Bolognese in deep plates, sprinkle with finely grated mountain cheese and decorate with fresh basil.
