Butterfly steak tastes particularly tender. Brush a grill pan with oil and heat. Fry butterfly steak vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes per side until brown grill strips form. To keep the butterfly steak juicy, it is seasoned with pepper and salt just before serving. Decorate the butterfly steak with fresh seasonal herbs as desired. Noodle salad, potato salad or fried potatoes go well with it.
