Chicory Shrimp Salad

200 g Prawns
1 tsp Oil
Pepper & Salt
Chili Powder
1 cans Mandarins
250 g Chicory Salad
200 g Sour cream
1 cans Tomato puree
1 tbsp Mandarin Juice
1 tbsp Sherry wine

Chicory shrimp salad is served with a homemade cocktail sauce. As a small starter, the amount of salad is enough for 3 portions. Rinse and dry shrimps. Heat the oil in a pan. Briefly sauté the prawns until they turn slightly pink. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press, add and sauté lightly. Season with pepper, salt and chilli powder. Allow to cool. Pour the mandarins into a sieve and collect the juice. Clean the chicory, cut out the thick stalk wedge-shaped on the underside. Cut the chicory into fine slices for the salad. Mix the chicory, prawns and mandarins in a salad bowl. For the cocktail sauce mix sour cream, tomato pulp, juice and sherry. Season with pepper, salt and chilli powder. Serve chicory prawns salad. Sprinkle with cocktail sauce.
