Beef goulash

500 g Beef goulash
100 g Soups Vegetables
1 Onions
20 g Butter Lard
0,125 l Red wine
0,25 l Vegetable broth
3 tsp Sauces Binder

This beef goulash is prepared in the classic way. It becomes particularly tender when it stews in its own juice. Halve larger pieces of beef goulash. Soups Peel vegetables, onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Heat the lard in a casserole dish. Fry half of the beef goulash well. Put beef goulash on a plate. Fry the remaining beef goulash vigorously and fill onto the plate. Brown soups, vegetables and onion. Add garlic and deglaze with wine. Add beef goulash with roast juice to the vegetables, cover with a lid and braise at medium heat for 90 minutes. Add broth, bring to the boil briefly and thicken with dark sauces Binder.
