Potato salad with mayonnaise

This potato salad with mayonnaise tastes great with sausages, meatballs, chops or fish. Boil the potatoes in their skin. Drain and place in cold water to cool faster. For the salad sauce first mix mayonnaise with spice cucumber water. Season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Rinse the vegetable mix, drain and mix in. Dice onions, spice cucumber, paprika and tomato. Mix into the mayonnaise. Peel and slice the potatoes and add to the salad. Let the potato salad and mayonnaise steep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut leek into small rolls. Sprinkle potato salad with mayonnaise over the potato salad.
