Labskaus with salmon is a finer variation of the traditional Labskaus. For the Labskaus salt boil potatoes. Cut onion into fine cubes and fry in 5 g butter until translucent. Drain the potatoes, crush with the potato masher and add the milk and broth. Cut the corned beef into small pieces, mix in and mash again. Dice the cucumber and mix with the onions. Season Labskaus with pepper, fill onto preheated plates and arrange salmon on top. Heat 5 g butter and fry the eggs. Serve Labskaus with salmon and fried egg.
