Canapes with prawns
Quantity Ingredient
12 Prawns
Garlic
2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt
Chili Flakes
60 g Baguette
30 g Pick lettuce
1 tbsp Fresh cress

Canapes with shrimps look particularly decorative. Defrost shrimps in time. Finely dice the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the prawns briefly. Season with salt, garlic and chilli flakes. Allow to cool. For the canapes, cut the baguette into slightly thicker slices. Spread thinly with aioli. Serve salad on the canapes. Place 1 tsp aioli in the middle of each salad. Arrange 2 shrimps on each side. Garnish canapes with prawns with cress.
