Antipasti with fresh cheese

Antipasti with fresh cheese

Antipasti with fresh cheese taste piquant and can be served as a small starter or snack with a glass of red wine and fresh ciabatta. Stir the fresh cheese with the sour cream until creamy and season with white pepper and salt. Peel the garlic, press through the garlic press and stir into the fresh cheese. Fill the fresh cheese into a piping bag with a long perforated spout. As large as possible olives without stone, as can be seen in the picture above, fill with fresh cheese. It is best to cut narrow green pointed peppers into bite-sized pieces and remove the white seeds. This works particularly well with a long narrow knife blade, which is inserted into the pieces of the pointed paprika and the pointed paprika turned. Pour the fresh cheese into the Spitz Paprika. Cut off a small lid from the cherry tomatoes, hollow out the cherry tomatoes and fill with fresh cheese. Twist off the stalk of the cherry pepper. The cores are best rinsed under running water. Fill cherry paprika with fresh cheese. Arrange the antipasti with the fresh cheese on small bowls and sprinkle with a little olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
