Goulash soup

Goulash soup

Goulash soup is a popular classic of German cuisine. This bound goulash soup tastes particularly strong and spicy. Cut the goulash into small cubes. Heat oil in a stew pot. Brown the goulash thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 1/8 l broth. Put the lid on. Braise at medium temperature for 60 minutes. Dice onions, soups, vegetables, potatoes and peppers. Blanch the tomato with boiling water, peel and chop. In a saucepan let out butter. Roast the vegetables vigorously. Add the tomato. Deglaze with remaining broth. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Switch to medium temperature. Cook the vegetables for 20 minutes. Pour the soup through a sieve into a pot. Pass the vegetables through the sieve with a spoon. The vegetables that pass through the soup make it creamy and do not need to be tied any further. Add goulash. Season with paprika powder, caraway and marjoram.
