Baked pork tenderloin

Baked pork tenderloin
Quantity Ingredient
1 Onions
10 g Butter
80 g Cream Fraiche
2 tsp Grainy mustard
300 g Pork fillet
60 g Bacon Stripes
60 Pepper from the mill
1 tbsp Parsley

Baked pork fillet is prepared with a creamy onion mustard sauce on the baking tray. Preheat oven to 225° C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut the onion into fine slices. In a frying pan, let out the butter and sauté the onions. Stir in cream fraiche and mustard. Cut pork fillet into 6 medallions and wrap in bacon strips. Season the pork fillet with pepper and place on the baking tray. Spread the onion mustard sauce over it and place the baking tray in the middle of the oven. Cook the baked pork tenderloin in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle the baked pork fillet with parsley shortly before serving.
