For minced steak, first knead beef mince, egg and breadcrumbs flour. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into two portions. Roll two meatballs with slightly moistened hands. Press flat. Place a piece of foil on top. This is the best way to roll out the minced steak with a rolling pin to the typical oblong shape 1 cm thick. When roasting or grilling, the steak contracts slightly and becomes thicker again. Brush a grill pan with oil. Fry the minced steak on the highest heat until brown grill strips form. Turn and fry from the other side. Reduce the temperature. Fry the minced steak in a few minutes. Serve with carrot salad and beans salad. French fries go very well with this.
