1 Chicken
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Honey
Pepper & Salt
Paprika powder
Curry

Chicken is prepared whole piece, so that it remains particularly juicy. Preheat the oven to 200° C. Rinse and dry the chicken inside and out. Remove the visible fat and tie the legs crosswise. Mix oil, soy sauce and honey. Brush the chicken all around. Mix pepper, salt, paprika powder and curry, rub the chicken with it and place the roaster on top of the chicken. Place a baking tray on the lowest rail in the oven. Place the chicken on top, bake for 60 minutes and brush with the drained fat from time to time. Cover neck and wings with aluminium foil as they tan more quickly. Halve the chicken on the roaster with poultry scissors. This makes it easier to remove.
