Asparagus Salmon Sandwich

Asparagus Salmon Sandwich

70 g White bread
40 g Romana salad
60 g Asparagus sections
4 tsp Gravlax Sauce
100 g Smoked Salmon

Asparagus salmon sandwich is prepared with fresh white bread and tastes very juicy due to the asparagus. For this quick snack, cut the white bread into 2 not too thick slices, as shown in the picture above, and halve the slices. Cover half of the slices with a few leaves of Romana salad. Place the asparagus in a sieve, drain well and arrange on the sandwich. Spread the finished gravlax sauce from the glass on top and cover with smoked salmon. The asparagus salmon sandwich tastes particularly good if you prepare the sauce yourself (see also salmon recipe with gravlax sauce). Place the second half of the white bread on the salmon and squeeze the sandwich lightly.
