Curry sausage with poplar

Curry sausage with poplar

Curry sausage with poplar is served with a homemade fruity hot curry sauce. It is best to prepare curry sausage with poplar in two frying pans. For Hoppelpoppel, first boil the potatoes as boiled potatoes in about 20 minutes until done. Drain the potatoes and place in cold water to cool faster. Peel an onion and cut into cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, as shown in the picture above. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. Add the diced ham and half the onions. Season the potatoes with pepper, salt, ground cumin and marjoram. Cut the gherkins into cubes and sprinkle over the potatoes. Whisk eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into fine rolls, sprinkle into the egg mixture and pour over the potatoes. Lightly mix the poplar and cook at a low temperature until the scrambled eggs stop. Cut the curry sausage into slices. In a second pan, heat 1 teaspoon of oil. Brown the curry sausage and the rest of the onions. Mix curry ketchup hot with fruity tomato ketchup, season with a few drops of Tabasco to the desired hotness, dilute with cola lemonade and add to the curry sausage in the pan. Do not boil the curry sauce, just heat it up. Arrange the curry sausage with the poplar on plates and sprinkle the curry over the curry sauce.
