Grilled chicken on a spit

Grilled chicken on a spit is prepared in the oven with the appropriate equipment. Rinse and dry the chicken. Remove visible fat. Tie the legs together. Turn wings on back. Tighten up and tie up. Season oil with pepper, salt, curry powder and paprika powder. Brush grill chicken thinly. Pin it on the spit. Place in the holder. Push a baking tray under it. Bake oven on 230° C top heat and grill turn spit function. Grill chicken for 50 minutes. Prick a leg with a wooden spit. If clear meat juice escapes, the grill chicken is cooked.
