250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Dry yeast
0,5 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0,15 l Water

Bread from the pan is quick to prepare, easy to make and tastes best when warm. Mix the flour with a level teaspoon of yeast and salt. Add oil. Gradually knead in lukewarm water until you have a smooth dough. Form the dough into a ball. Place in a bowl and cover. Place bowl in warm water for 15 minutes. Divide the dough for the bread into 9 portions. Roll out into thin flat cakes on a lightly floured work surface. Heat a pan without fat. Bake the bread in the pan until it begins to brown slightly and rises. Reduce the temperature little by little. Remove bread from the pan and serve warm.
