Apple Cinnamon Flame Cake

40 g Raisins
1 tbsp Rum
300 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 tsp Salt
10 g Yeast
4 tsp Sugar
0,15 l Water
1 tbsp Oil
150 g Sour cream
2 Apple
20 g Almond splinters
1 tsp Ground cinnamon

Apple cinnamon flame cake tastes especially good oven warm. Boil raisins with hot water, drain and soak in rum. For the yeast dough of apple cinnamon flame cake flour season with salt. Mix fresh yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar until the yeast becomes liquid. Knead the yeast, lukewarm water and oil into the flour. Cover the dough and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 250° C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Divide the dough into two pieces, roll out thinly into long flat cakes on a lightly floured work surface and place on the tray. Spread with sour cream. Cut the apples into slices and spread the cake over the flame. Sprinkle with almond slivers and the remaining sugar. Bake apple flame cake on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Sprinkle raisins over the apple flame cake, sprinkle with some rum and season with cinnamon. Apple cinnamon flame cake cut into pieces and serve warm.
