American celery salad

300 g Celery
0,1 l Water
1 tbsp Herbs Vinegar
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Sugar
Pepper & Salt
150 g Tins of pineapple
1 cans Mandarins
6 tbsp American dressing

American celery salad tastes better the longer it's steeped. Peel the celery, grate coarsely and fill into a salad bowl. For the marinade, bring the water, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper and salt to the boil, pour over the celery and mix well. American celery salad should be brewed for a few hours or covered overnight. Drain the marinade. Drain the pineapple and divide into pieces. Drain the mandarins. Mix American celery salad with fruit and American dressing.
