BBQ Grilled pork roast
Quantity Ingredient
600 g Lobster roast
Pepper from the mill
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Blossoms Honey
1 tbsp Sherry wine
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
10 g Ginger

BBQ pork roast from the grill is prepared with lean tender Lummer roast and tastes very piquant by the marinade. Remnants of BBQ pork roast can also be served cold as thinly sliced roast cold cuts. Carefully remove the white skins from the lummer roast and season the meat all around with ground pepper and salt. For the marinade, mix soy sauce with liquid blossom honey, dry sherry, ketchup and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season the marinade with a level teaspoon of Sambal Oelek and fresh finely diced ginger. Turn the pork roast in the marinade several times and leave to stand for about 1 hour. In the process the pigs roast every now and then turn. Put the roast pork on a spit and grill in the oven on the middle rail at 230° with the grill switched on for approx. 40 minutes. Brush the roast pork from time to time with the marinade. BBQ Grilled pork roast wrapped in aluminium foil before slicing and leave to rest for a few minutes so that the meat juice is better distributed and the meat becomes juicier.
