Calamari with leek vegetables & fries

Calamares with leek vegetables is a simple meal that tastes good and can be prepared quickly. Bake the calamari and french fries in the deep fryer so that they become crispy. Cut the leek into rings and chop the paprika. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté leek and paprika. Cover with a lid and stew the leek vegetables for 10 to 12 minutes. Season the vegetables with pepper, salt and pressed garlic and stir in the sour cream. Preheat deep fryer to 175° C. Bake calamari for 3 minutes until crispy, drain on paper and keep warm in the oven at 80° C. Bake french fries for 3 minutes until crispy, drain on kitchen paper and season with salt. Serve the calamari with leek, vegetables and french fries.
