Corned beef potato pancakes taste hearty and are served with a creamy garlic dressing. Peel potatoes and onion. Grate both finely. Fill into a cloth. Express strongly. Knead the potatoes, eggs and corned beef together. Season with pepper, salt and chopped parsley. Knead in flour. Heat the oil in portions in a pan. Bake 3 Corned Beef Potato Pancakes crispy per serving. Keep Potato Pancakes warm in the oven at 50° C. Mix yoghurt and sour cream. Season with pressed garlic, pepper, salt and paprika powder. Serve corned beef potato pancakes with dressing and parsley.
