Albondigas en Salsa Texicana are hot little minced meat balls in a spicy sauce. Cut onion and garlic into very fine cubes. Cut the jalapenos into small cubes. Fry the onions, garlic and jalapenos in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent. Allow to cool. Cut the chorizo into fine cubes. Knead with minced meat. Knead in the onion mixture. Season with pepper, salt, oregano, chilli powder and hot pepper sauce. Small albondigas roll. Fry the albondigas in 1 tbsp oil until hot. Fry the albondigas at medium temperature until done. Pour Salsa Texicana into a saucepan. Dilute with a little water and heat, but do not boil. Albondigas en Salsa Texicana on plates. Serve with Salsa Texicana and Jalapenos as desired. Tortilla chips fit as a side dish.
