Cheese sauce with corned beef

Cheese sauce with corned beef
Quantity Ingredient
1 Onions
1 tsp Oil
340 g Cans Corned Beef
0,1 l White Wine
0,1 l Broth
0,1 cl Milk
2 tsp Starch Flour
10 g Parmesan cheese
100 g Melted cheese
Pepper from the mill

Cheese sauce with corned beef is a spicy pasta sauce that goes particularly well with fusilli, spirelli or penne and can be quickly prepared. The ingredients have a longer shelf life, so they can be stored in advance. Cut an onion into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a small saucepan and sauté the onions lightly. Add the corned beef from the tin and crush with a wooden spoon. Lightly fry the corned beef, deglaze with white wine, add the broth and bring to the boil once. Stir milk with cornstarch until smooth and thicken the sauce until it becomes slightly thick, as can be seen in the picture above. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the processed cheese melt in it while stirring. Season the cheese sauce with corned beef and pepper from the mill. Salt is not required as the cheese and the corned beef already taste spicy enough.
