Veal escalopes alla Milanese are fried in a spicy Parmesan breading. For the sauce, remove the seeds from the ripe tomatoes. Cut into small cubes. Finely dice onion and garlic. Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté onions and garlic. Add tomatoes. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Season with ground pepper and salt. Cut basil into fine strips and add. Halve the veal escalopes alla Milanese. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in enough wheat flour type 405 and pat down. To calculate the calories I have only given the actual amount used. Beat one egg. Turn the veal escalopes alla Milanese in it. Mix finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs. Turn the Veal Schnitzel alla Milanese in it. Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the Veal Schnitzel alla Milanese. Serve with tomato sauce.
